血清MMP-1和HO-1在肺结核诊断中的价值

摘要 目的:探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)和血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)在肺结核诊断中的价值。方法:选取肺结核患者(n=62)和健康志愿者(n=64)分别作为研究对象病例组和对照组。检测研究对象血清MMP-1和HO-1水平并分析其诊断价值。结果:肺结核组血清MMP-1和HO-1的水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着病情严重程度的增加,血清中MMP-1和HO-1的水平也随之升高。血清MMP-1和HO-1在肺结核与健康对照诊断中的受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)的差异不显著。结论:肺结核患者的血清MMP-1和HO-1水平较对照组显著升高,但用于肺结核的诊断和筛查意义不大。 Objective To analyze the value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Method 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and64 healthy volunteers were selected as pulmonary tuberculosis group and control group.The levels of serum MMP-1 and HO-1 were detected and their diagnostic value was analyzed.Results The levels of serum MMP-1 and HO-1 in pulmonary tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).With the increase of disease severity,the levels of MMP-1 and HO-1 in serum also increased.The area under the working characteristic curve(AUC)of serum MMP-1 and HO-1 in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy controls were no significant difference.Conclusion Compared with the control group,the levels of serum MMP-1 and HO-1 in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are significantly increased,but it is of little significance for the diagnosis and screening of pulmonary tuberculosis.
