少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效评价

Clinical efficacy evaluation of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with pregntrienone in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法:选取120例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,按随机数表分配法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组予以孕三烯酮治疗,观察组在此基础上联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。连续治疗3个月后观察两组患者临床疗效、子宫体积,治疗前后进行痛经评分和中医证候评分。记录两组患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及性激素水平,包括黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)。结果:经治疗后观察组中医症候疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组痛经评分、中医症候评分均低于对照组,子宫体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清CA125、IL-8、TNF-α水平及性激素血清LH、E2、P水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著,可明显改善血清性激素水平,并缓解患者痛经症状。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with pregntrienone in the treatment of adenomyosis.Method A total of 120 patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table allocation method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with getrienone,and the observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on this basis.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and uterine volume of 2 groups were observed.Dysmenorrhea score and TCM syndrome score were performed before and after treatment.The levels of serum sugar antigen 125(CA125),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and sex hormones,including luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P),were recorded in 2 groups.Results After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,dysmenorrhea score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and uterine volume was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SERUM CA125,IL-8,TNF-αand the levels of serum LH,E2 and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with getrienone is effective in the treatment of adenomyosis,which can obviously improve the level of serum sex hormone and relieve dysmenorrhea.
