家庭赋权联合微信干预对老年肺癌放疗患者家庭照顾者的影响

Effects of family empowerment combined with WeChat intervention on family caregivers of elderly patients with lung cancer radiotherapy

目的:探讨家庭赋权联合微信干预对老年肺癌放疗患者家庭照顾者做好家庭护理的准备和照顾能力的影响。方法:选取昆明市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院放射治疗科2020年3月~2021年3月收治的90例老年肺癌患者家庭照顾者作为研究对象,运用抓阄法将其分为试验组和对照组各45例,试验组患者接受家庭赋权联合微信干预和放射治疗科常规护理,对照组患者给予放射治疗科常规护理,采用照顾者做好家庭护理准备量表和家庭照顾者照顾能力量表评价其干预效果。结果:干预前两组患者和家庭照顾者一般资料、照顾者做好家庭护理准备、照顾能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后试验组家庭照顾者做好家庭护理准备和照顾能力明显高于对照组家庭照顾者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭赋权联合微信干预可显著提高老年肺癌放疗患者家庭照顾者做好家庭护理准备和照顾能力。

Objective To explore the effect of family empowerment combined with WeChat intervention on the home care readiness and caring ability of elderly patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.Method 92 family caregivers of elderly patients with lung cancer admitted to the Radiotherapy Department of a grade Ⅲ grade a cancer hospital in Kunming from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by drawing lots, 45 cases in each group, the experimental group accepted family empowerment joint WeChat intervention and radiotherapy department routine nursing care, the control group was given routine care in radiotherapy department, and the intervention effect was evaluated with caregiver’s home care readiness scale and caregiver’s caring ability scale.Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the general information of patients and family caregivers, family caregivers’ home care readiness and caring ability between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the family caregivers’ home care readiness and caring ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family empowerment combined with WeChat intervention can significantly improve home nursing readiness and caring ability of family caregivers of elderly patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.
