多囊卵巢综合征患者三维超声检测卵巢体积及卵泡数量分析

Analysis of ovarian volume and follicle number monitored by three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome at different ages

摘要 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者(PCOS)三维超声检测卵巢体积及卵泡数量。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年9月深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院诊治的200例PCOS患者作为病例组,按照年龄区间将所有患者划分A、B、C、D、E组,每组各40例。A组年龄区间为20-25岁,B组年龄区间为26-30岁,C组年龄区间为31-35岁,D组年龄区间为36-40岁,E组年龄区间为41-45岁;选取同期接受健康体检的健康妇女200例作为健康组。两组均接受三维超声检查,对比三维超声检测卵巢体积及卵泡数量。结果:病例组卵巢体积[(12.67±3.87)cm^(3)]大于健康组[(4.58±1.25)cm^(3)],卵泡数量[(16.21±5.01)个]多于对照组[(7.01±1.34)个],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同A组[(15.21±1.24)cm^(3)]、B组[(15.07±1.26)cm^(3)]、C组[(14.67±2.18)cm^(3)]三组相比,D组[(12.64±2.64)cm^(3)]和E组[(11.96±2.54)cm^(3)]卵巢体积均缩小;同A组[(15.01±3.12)个]、B组[(14.98±3.09)个]、C组[(14.27±3.26)个]三组相比,D组[(12.57±3.20)个]和E组[(11.97±1.24)个]卵泡数量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C三组组间卵巢体积以及卵泡数量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三维超声检测PCOS患者的卵泡数量以及卵巢体积均大于健康人群;且PCOS患者的卵泡数量以及卵巢体积随年龄的增大而减小。 Objective To investigate the performance of ultrasound monitoring of ovarian volume and follicle number in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 200 patients with PCOS treated in Qianhai Shenzhen Shekou Free Trade Area Hospital from July 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the case group.According to the age range,all patients were divided into groups A,B,C,D and E,with 40 cases in each group.The age range of group A was 20-25 years old,group B was 26-30 years old,group C was 31-35 years old,group D was 36-40 years old,and group E was 41-45 years old;200 healthy women who underwent physical examination in the same period were included as the health group.All patients underwent three-dimensional ultrasonography to observe the PCOS performance of ovarian volume and follicle number in different age groups.Results The ovarian volume(12.67±3.87)cm^(3) in the case group was higher than that in the healthy group(4.58±1.25)cm^(3),and the number of follicles(16.21±5.01)was higher than that in the control group(7.01±1.34),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group a(15.21±1.24)cm^(3),group B(15.07±1.26)cm^(3) and group C(14.67±2.18)cm^(3),the ovarian volume of group D(12.64±2.64)cm^(3) and group E(11.96±2.54)cm^(3) decreased;Compared with group a(15.01±3.12),group B(14.98±3.09)and group C(14.27±3.26),the number of follicles in group D(12.57±3.20)and group E(11.97±1.24)decreased significantly(P<0.05);A.There was no significant difference in ovarian volume and number of follicles between groups B and C(P>0.05).Conclusion The number of follicles and ovarian volume in patients with PCOS are abnormal under three-dimensional ultrasound monitoring,and the changes of follicle number and ovarian volume are related to age.
