无创伤性修复技术对乳牙龋齿的治疗效果观察

Effect of noninvasive restorative technique on caries of deciduous teeth

目的:观察乳牙龋齿治疗使用无创伤性修复技术的治疗效果。方法:选取于2019年1月—2021年1月份在博罗县人民医院接受治疗的84例乳牙龋齿患儿,随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组患者实施高速涡轮钻修复治疗,观察组患儿利用无创伤性修复技术治疗。观察两组患儿治疗修复时间及VAS评分、治疗配合度、临床治疗疗效。结果:观察组治疗修复时间及VAS评分均低于对照组,观察组治疗配合度高于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳牙龋齿疾病治疗中使用无创伤性修复技术,有助于缩短治疗修复时间,减轻患儿疼痛感,患儿治疗配合度较高,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of non-invasive restoration technology in the treatment of primary dental caries.Methods 84 children with primary dental caries treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with high-speed turbine drill,and the children in the observation group were treated with non-invasive repair technology.The treatment repair time,VAS score,treatment coordination and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment repair time and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the treatment cooperation degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of non-invasive repair technology in the treatment of primary dental caries is helpful to shorten the treatment and repair time,reduce the pain of children,have a high degree of treatment cooperation,and have a significant clinical treatment effect.
