缺血性脑卒中的高风险因素及尤瑞克林治疗研究进展

脑卒中俗称中风,包含缺血性脑卒中(脑梗死)和出血性脑卒中,此病症多种原因导致脑血管受损,局灶性造成脑组织损害,引起临床症状超过24h或者致死。这种病症具有发病率、致残率以及病死率较高的特点。但在临床治疗时,诱因会引发患者出现其他疾病,机制较为复杂,会对患者的生命产生威胁,由于缺血性脑卒中患者高风险因素决定,在治疗时应保证安全行和有效性,本文对缺血行脑卒中高风险因素以及尤瑞克林治疗进展进行综述。

Stroke is commonly known as stroke,including ischemic stroke(cerebral infarction)and hemorrhagic stroke.Various causes cause cerebrovascular damage,focal brain tissue damage,and clinical symptoms for more than 24 hours or death.The condition is characterized by high morbidity,disability rates,and mortality.But in clinical treatment,inducement will cause patients with other diseases,mechanism is more complex,a threat to patients’life,due to high risk factors in ischemic stroke patients,treatment should ensure safety and effectiveness.This paper reviewed ischemic stroke risk factors and research progress of Ureklin treatment.
