摘要
介绍了大型托轮易出现的气孔掉砂、超探不合格、裂纹等铸造缺陷,并对其形成原因进行分析,得出应从浇注速度控制和出气孔设置、扩大补缩通道及增强激冷效果、减少底面浇注系统对托轮本体的热影响、降低切割冒口时的应力、采取有效的消应力等方面来优化。在采取浇注前期双水口全开、控流、优化结构或增加铸造工艺补块、增大冷铁厚度、横浇道摆放时设置为矩形、加长内浇口长度、多次变换割口位置等优化措施后,生产的上百件大型托轮质量得到明显改善,取得了显著的经济效益。
Introduced the casting defects such as the hole sand,ultrasonic flaw,cracks and so on,which are easy to occur in large-scale supporting rollers,and the reasons for their formation are analyzed.Hence known that the scheme should be optimized by the casting speed control and air flow set,expand the filling channel,enhance the chilling effect,reduce the heat effect of bottom gating system to the roller body,reduce the stress of cutting riser,take effective stress elimination measures,etc..After taking the measures such as keeping the double nozzle fully open in the early stage of the casting,controlling the flow,optimizing the structure or increase the casting block,increasing the thickness of cold iron and setting runners to rectangular,extending the length of inner gate,changing the cutting positions several times,the quality of hundreds of large-scale supporting rollers produced has been significantly improved,and significant economic benefits have been achieved.
