摘要 肠道是人体内包含菌群数量及种类最多的部位,肠道菌群参与消化、代谢、免疫调控等诸多重要生理功能。近年来,研究者发现肠道菌群与肿瘤发生发展及免疫治疗效果具有密切的相关性。本文就肠道菌群与人类免疫调控以及肿瘤免疫治疗效果关系的研究展开综述,总结目前研究热点及进展,为今后研究提供相应的理论指导。 Intestines is part of human body that contains largest number and species of microorganisms,these microorganisms are collectively referred to as gut microbiome,which participate in many important physiological functions such as digestion,metabolism and immune regulation.In recent years,researchers have found that gut microbiome is closely related to occurrence and development of tumor and effect of immunotherapy.In recent years,researchers have found that gut microbiome is closely related to tumor development and immunotherapy.In this paper,relationship between gut microbiome and human immune regulation and tumor immunotherapy was reviewed,and the current research hotspot and progress were summarized to provide theoretical guidance for future research.
