摘要
开展项目的可靠性工作,是为了确保产品能达到规定的可靠性定型、定量的要求。通过可靠性工作,可以有效地保持和提高可靠性水平,以满足系统战备完好性和任务成功性要求,并降低对保障资源的要求、减少寿命周期费用。可靠性工作是质量控制的重要组成部分,贯穿于研制和生产全过程。该文以某车载雷达为例,对该型雷达的批生产阶段的可靠性管理工作进行了提炼和介绍,并提供了一种利用阿伦纽斯模型加速试验的方法,对相似雷达批生产阶段可靠性工作有一定参考作用。
The purpose of carrying out the reliability work of the project is to ensure that the product can meet the specified requirements of reliability finalization and quantification.Reliability work can effectively maintain and improve reliability levels to meet system readiness and mission success requirements,reduce support resource requirements,and reduce life cycle costs.Reliability work is an important part of quality control,which runs through the whole process of development and production.This paper refines and introduces the reliability management of the type of radar in the batch production stage,and provides a method of accelerating test using Arrhenius Model,which has some reference function to the reliability work of similar radar batch production stage.
