摘要
矿用隔爆型干式变压器(以下简称变压器)是煤矿井下主要的变电设备,温升限值是变压器的主要技术参数,温升试验是其型式检验规定项目。该文以变压器温升试验为基础,从试验电流施加、温度测量、电阻测量、计算过程、数据分析等方面进行了分析,确定了不确定度来源,并对某相绕组的温升测量值进行了A类、B类不确定度分析,给出了合成标准扩展不确定分析的结果。
Mine Flameproof dry-type Transformer(hereinafter referred to as transformer)is the main transformer underground coal mine,Temperature rise limit value is the main technical parameters of transformer,Temperature rise test is its type inspection items.Based on the transformer temperature rise test,This paper analyzes the test current,Temperature measurement,Resistance measurement,Calculation process and data analysis,And de termines the source of uncertainty,The Class A and Class B uncertainties of the temperature rise measurements of a phase winding are analyzed,And the results of the extended uncertainty analysis of the composite standard are given.
