摘要
射频电路中的输入级模块通常为低噪声放大器(lownoiseamplifier,LNA),由于其静电敏感性,LNA极易失效。TVS是常用的ESD防护器件,该文研究了TVS二极管对典型的LNA电路网络的性能产生的影响,并提出相应的对策,以限制TVS二极管的负载效应。该文通过实验证明了TVS会对LNA的正常工作产生较大影响,原因是匹配网络发生变化,使LNA的工作频段产生偏移。该文分析了TVS二极管的射频电路模型,并提出了2种基于TVS端口保护的改善方法,并通过实验验证了方法的有效性,对于ESD工程整改具有一定的借鉴经验。
LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)as the first stage of RF system,is vulnerable to external shock or damage of ESD.TVS is an effective ESD suppression devices.This paper studies the influence of TVS on the performance of LNA circuit network,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to limit the load effect of TVS.Experiments show that TVS will have a great impact on the normal operation of LNA,because the matching network changes,which makes the working frequency band of LNA.In this paper,the RF circuit model of TVS is analyzed,and two improvement methods based on TVS port protection are proposed.The effectiveness of the methods is verified by experiments,which has certain reference experience for ESD engineering rectification.
