With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years and the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards,people’s demand for video monitoring of daily life and property is becoming more and more urgent.As a comprehensive monitoring method with strong prevention ability and control ability,video surveillance is an important component of the security of many methods.It has the advantages of intuition,accuracy,timeliness and rich information.It is widely used in various occasions.With the development of society,people’s pace of life is getting faster and faster.People can’t be satisfied to quickly rush to the scene to check the specific situation anytime and anywhere.Therefore,mobile video surveillance should be born.Especially with the rapid development of mobile terminal communication equipment,video monitoring has gradually developed from wired network monitoring to mobile video monitoring.The Android platform developed by Google has greatly promoted the development of smart phones.The good open performance provided by this platform has brought an opportunity to popularize the remote video monitoring system of smart phones.
