摘要
松散回潮属于典型的大时滞系统,运用带前馈-串级控制系统来对出口烟叶的水分进行控制,整体效果并不佳;在实际生产环节还需要按照工人师傅的经验来对加水系数进行动态修改,这样的控制系统显然达不到全自动标准。文章提出的控制技术将PID控制、模糊推理、专家系统进行融合,从而对出口水分进行科学调控。其中专家系统可以对加水系统进行自动化调整;模糊推理系统则能对前室加水控制模块、后室PID参数进行自适应整定,与此时的该出口水分得到全自动化控制,使得松散回潮出口水分具有良好的精准性和稳定性。
Loose resurgence is a typical system with a large time lag. The use of a feedforward-cascade control system to control the moisture of the exported tobacco leaves has a poor overall effect;in the actual production process, it needs to be based on the experience of the workers. The water addition coefficient is dynamically modified, and such a control system is obviously not up to the fully automatic standard. The control technology proposed in this paper integrates PID control, fuzzy inference, and expert system, so as to scientifically regulate and control the export moisture. The expert system can automatically adjust the water adding system;the fuzzy inference system can automatically adjust the front room water adding control module and the rear room PID parameters, and the outlet moisture at this time is fully automatically controlled, so that the loose regained outlet moisture has Good accuracy and stability.
