随着电子技术的升级发展,自动化设备、通信设备、计算机设备都开始应用集成电路器件。技术发展会加剧静电对电子设备的不良影响,静电放电具备随机性与隐蔽性,对电子设备的不良影响较大。文章注重分析电子设备静电放电危害,提出科学的防护技术,以供参考。

With the upgrading and development of electronic technology,automation equipment,communication equipment and computer equipment have begun to apply integrated circuit devices to efficiently complete their functions.Technological development will aggravate the negative effects of static electricity on electronic equipment,so electrostatic discharge has randomness and concealment and has a great negative impact on electronic equipment.In the research of this article,we focus on analyzing the hazards of electrostatic discharge in electronic equipment,and at the same time propose scientific protection techniques,which is for reference only.
