外源硒对李子果实农艺性状及内含物的影响初探

The Effect of Exogenous Selenium on Agronomic Characters and Contents of Plum Fruit

探索施外源硒营养液对李子果实农艺性状及内含物的影响,在李子果实膨大期进行叶面喷施,采收后对果实农艺性状和内含物进行现测比较。结果表明:喷施20 mg/kg硒营养液,李子的鲜重、干重及果实的可溶性固形物、总酸、水溶性还原糖等指标均增高,喷施硒可有效提高李子品质。

To study the effect of applying exogenous selenium nutrient solution on the agronomic characters and contents of plum fruit,foliar spraying was carried out during the expansion period of plum fruit,and the agronomic characters and contents of the fruit were detected and compared after harvesting.The results showed that when 20mg/kg selenium nutrient solution was used for spraying,the fresh weight and dry weight of plums,as well as the soluble solids,total acid and watersoluble reducing sugar of the fruit were all increased.Spraying selenium could effectively improve the quality of plums.
