从产业扶贫到产业兴旺的特色产业发展策略研究--以纳雍县“玛瑙红”樱桃产业为例

The Challenges and Opportunities of Specialty industry from National Poverty Alleviation to Thriving Business under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case of Manaohong Cherry in Nayong County

产业扶贫培育的特色产业在脱贫攻坚期间发挥了关键作用,其提质增效对当下乡村振兴阶段促进产业兴旺也至关重要。本文以纳雍县“玛瑙红”樱桃产业为例,运用SWOT分析,得出其产业内部优势和劣势,以及产业外部面临的机遇和威胁,并结合专家打分法进行战略选择,指出产业要充分利用现有优势和机遇,克服产业劣势和外部威胁,实现提质增效。并提出在乡村振兴背景下,特色扶贫产业要推进基础设施建设、强化多元主体参与、完善经营体系、推进产业融合发展的建议。

The typical industries cultivated by industrial poverty alleviation have played an important role in the poverty alleviation and are critical to industrial prosperity at current rural revitalization stage with their high quality and efficiency.Taking cultivar Prunus pseudoceresus‘Manaohong’as an example,the existed advantages and disadvantages,the challenges and opportunities in the industrial development were analyzed by SWOT in this paper.It is proposed that the typical poverty alleviation industry should promote in frastructure construction,strengthen the participation of multiple subjects,improve the management system,and promote the integrated development of industries in the context of rural revitalization.
