摘要
紫花苜蓿为我国广泛种植的牧草作物之一,具有重要的经济价值和生态价值。紫花苜蓿基因编辑数据库(AlfalfaGEDB)是一个用于分析紫花苜蓿基因功能的数据库,为科研工作者提供了免费有效的数据查询和技术支持。本文以MsHB7和MsPALM1基因为例,对AlfalfaGEDB的功能进行展示,对AlfalfaGEDB的实用性和可靠性进行验证,为研究人员了解AlfalfaGEDB和选择合适的紫花苜蓿功能分析平台提供参考。
Alfalfa is one of China's most widely grown forage crops and has significant economic and ecological values.The Alfalfa Gene Editing Database(AlfalfaGEDB)is a database for analyzing the functions of alfalfa genes,providing free and effective data queries and technical support for researchers.In this paper,we use MsHB7 and MsPALM1 genes as examples to demonstrate the functions of AlfalfaGEDB,validate the usefulness and reliability of AlfalfaGEDB,and provide a reference for researchers to understand AlfalfaGEDB and select a suitable platform for functional analysis of alfalfa.
