热处理工艺对FeCo27磁性能和力学性能的影响

Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Magnetic and Mechanical Properties of FeCo27

摘要 本文采用真空电弧炉冶炼FeCo27合金,采用不同的保护气氛及温度对合金材进行热处理,利用拉伸试验机、软磁直流测试装置,硬度计进行性能测量,采用金相显微镜对样品进行组织分析,研究了热处理工艺对合金磁性能、力学性能及晶粒度的影响。随着热处理温度的提高,FeCo27合金的矫顾力明显下降,屈服强度和抗拉强度明显降低,真空热处理后的延伸率随着温度的升高而增加,而采用氢气保护热处理后,温度在880℃以上热处理后延伸率急速下降。 In this paper,FeCo27 alloy was melted by vacuum arc furnace,annealed in different protective atmosphere and temperature treatment process,and its properties were measured by tensile testing machine,soft magnetic DC testing device and hardness tester.The samples were analyzed by metallographic microscope,and the effects of heat treatment process on magnetic properties,mechanical properties and grain size of the alloy were studied.With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the coercivity,yield strength and tensile strength of FeCo27 alloy decrease obviously.The elongation of FeCo27 alloy after vacuum heat treatment increases with the increase of temperature.However,the elongation of FeCo27 alloy after hydrogen protection heat treatment decreases rapidly when the temperature is above 880℃.
