摘要
对比分析了目前市面上常见的推杆式全自动冲击试验机与智能机器人全自动冲击试验机系统,总结了两种系统的优缺点。分别采用手动式冲击试验机与推杆式全自动冲击试验机对液化天然气储罐用高锰钢进行了一系列低温冲击试验,结果表明:两种试验机获得的冲击吸收功无明显差异,但手动式冲击试验机测试结果的离散性较大。
The common push rod automatic impact testing machine and intelligent robot automatic impact testing machine systems on the market were compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems were summarized.A series of low temperature impact tests of high manganese steel for LNG storage tank were carried out by using the manual impact test machine and the push rod automatic impact test machine,respectively.The results show that there was no significant difference in the impact absorption energy obtained by the two testing machines,but the test results of the manual impact testing machine were discrete.
