摘要
根据液体小流量发展需求,提出建立一台用于液体小流量计量检定的标准装置。简单介绍质量法液体流量标准装置的基本工作原理、组成以及建立,对各主要部件的技术难度进行分析并对装置整体的不确定度进行分析及合成。使得装置性能指标流量范围(0.02~100)L/min,扩展不确定度0.1%,(k=2),得到验证,证明装置可以开展0.5级及以下流量计检定、测试和校准等工作,满足实验需求。
According to the demand of liquid small flow development,a standard device for liquid small flow measurement and verification is proposed.The basic working principle,composition and establishment of the liquid flow standard device by quality method are briefly introduced,the technical difficulty of the main components is analyzed,and the overall uncertainty of the device is analyzed and synthesized.As a result,the flow range of the device performance index is(0.02 to 100)L/min,and the expanded uncertainty is 0.1%(k=2).It is proved that the device can carry out the verification,testing and calibration of the Flowmeter of level 0.5 and below to meet the experimental requirements.
