离心压缩机水平剖分机壳密封区加工精度提升方法研究

摘要 离心压缩机水平剖分机壳是压缩机定子件的重要组成部分,机壳两侧密封区的加工精度直接影响干气密封的安装精度。通过梳理机壳加工工艺流程,分析影响机壳密封区加工精度的因素,并针对影响因素制定工艺改善措施,将改善后的工艺方案与原方案进行对比,证明所分析的影响因素的存在以及改善措施的合理,为解决水平剖分机壳密封区装配偏差问题提供依据,为机壳密封区的精确加工奠定基础。 The horizontal split casing of the centrifugal compressor is an important part of the compressor stator parts,and the machining accuracy of the sealing area on both sides of the shell directly affects the installation accuracy of the dry gas seal.By combing the shell processing process,the factors affecting the machining accuracy of the shell sealing area are analyzed,the process improvement measures are made according to the influencing factors,and the improved process plan is compared with the original scheme.It is proved that the existence of the analyzed factors and the improvement measures are reasonable,which provides a basis for solving the problem of assembly deviation in the sealing area of the horizontal split casing,and lays a foundation for the accurate machining of the sealing area of the shell.
