公路沥青路面施工技术管理存在的问题及对策

随着我国公路交通运输事业的飞速发展,我国沥青公路的规模越来越大,数量也越来越多,这也对公路沥青路面的施工技术以及施工管理工作提出了更高要求,在其施工建设过程中如果所采用的施工技术不够科学和合理,或是施工管理工作缺乏规范性,那么项目的整体建设质量也会受到重要影响。因此,项目建设和施工单位应深刻认识到做好沥青路面施工技术控制与管理工作的重要性,应严格遵照相应的技术规范和规章制度来开展各项施工活动,结合项目的实际要求对整个施工过程进行科学管理,做好每一个环节和每一道工序的施工技术控制与管理工作,切实提升公路工程项目的整体建设质量,为我国公路交通项目建设带来最大化的经济效益和社会效益。文章从做好公路沥青路面施工技术管理工作的重要意义、现阶段我国公路沥青路面施工中存在的主要问题、公路沥青路面的主要施工技术和公路沥青路面施工技术管理的有效对策四方面,详细讨论如何做好我国公路工程沥青路面施工技术的控制与管理工作。

With the rapid development of highway transportation in China,the scale and quantity of asphalt highway are increasing,which poses higher requirements for the construction technology and management of highway asphalt pavement.In the process of construction,if the construction technology adopted is not scientific or reasonable,or the construction management work is lacking in standardization,then the overall construction quality of the project will be greatly affected.Therefore,the project construction unit and the construction unit should be fully aware of the importance of ensure the technical control and management of asphalt pavement construction,and should strictly follow the corresponding technical specifications,rules and regulations to carry out various construction activities.Combined with the actual requirements of the project,so as to carry out scientific management of the whole construction process,and ensure the construction technical control and management of every stage and every process,to effectively improve the overall construction quality of highway projects,and bring maximum economic and social benefits to the construction of highway traffic projects in China.This paper discusses in detail how to control and manage the construction technology of highway asphalt pavement in China from the following four aspects:the significance of the technical management of highway asphalt pavement construction,the main problems existing in highway asphalt pavement construction in our country,the main construction technology of highway asphalt pavement,and the effective countermeasures for highway asphalt pavement construction technology management.
