企业开展环境影响后评价工作实践与思考

环境影响后评价是环境影响评价工作的延伸和补充,是完善建设项目环境影响评价制度的重要环节。以输电线路工程为例,阐述开展环境影响后评价的形式和必要性,结合企业自主开展的实例,通过对工程变化情况、区域环境质量对比情况、环境影响预测验证和污染防治措施有效性等四方面的分析,介绍输电线路工程环境影响后评价开展的全过程,并对企业开展环境影响后评价的意义进行探讨,为今后企业自主开展环境影响后评价工作提供参考。

Environmental impact post-assessment is the extension and supplement of environmental impact assessment,and it is an important link to improve the environmental impact assessment system of construction projects.Taking the transmission line project as an example,this paper expounds the form and necessity of environmental impact post-assessment,based on an example independently carried out by enterprises.Through the analysis of engineering changes,comparison of regional environmental quality,prediction and verification of environmental impact and effectiveness of pollution prevention and control measures,the whole process of environmental impact post-assessment of transmission line engineering is introduced.The significance of environmental impact post-assessment for enterprises is discussed in order to provide reference for enterprises to carry out environmental impact post-assessment independently in the future.
