成渝双城经济圈职业教育协同的过程定位与推进策略 被引量:4

摘要 基于当前成渝双城经济圈职业教育基本样态和协同模式,以自组织理论分析框架探寻其协同根本困境为系统自由度较多且外部能量输入不足,并梳理协同进程,将职业教育协同划分为部分主体个别行动、多元主体集体行动、集体行动叠加进行等三个阶段。在明确根本困境和发展走向的基础上,提出成渝双城经济圈职业教育要约束自由度,强化统筹引领;控制能量衰减,增加多线协同;扩大发展格局,统一区域意识,从而推进职业教育协同发展。 The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city economic circle has been deepened under the vigorous promotion of the governments of the two cities.Based on the current vocational education basic state and the reality of the collaborative model,in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city economic circle with the analysis framework of self-organization theory,the paper explore the basic dilemma of its collaborative and find that vocational education system has too much freedom and insufficient external energy input.The collaborative process of vocational education can be divided into three stages of"partial subject individual action-multiple subject collective action-collective action superposition".On the basis of the clear predicament and development trend,the author puts forward that for the vocational education in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,the freedom should be restricted and the overall planning and guidance should be strengthened,the energy attenuation should be controled and multi-line coordination should be increased,the development pattern should be expanded and the strategy of regional consciousness should be unified.
