高职心理健康课程引入“轻咨询”的实践研究

“轻咨询”是指由专业心理咨询师运用心理学知识技能,通过网络的方式,短时间内为在心理适应方面出现困惑并主动求助的人提供的心理咨询专业服务。国内外的研究证实了“轻咨询”的有效性,将“轻咨询”引入高职心理健康课程有利于满足不同学生群体的心理健康服务需求。认识与提升自我、健全与优化人格、恋爱与性心理、应对压力与挫折等专题较适合于引入“轻咨询”作为体验活动。“轻咨询”引入课程应重视完成练习后的分享和点评环节,注意差异化和个性化的设计,并且关注心理健康课程与心理咨询的衔接。

Light Psychological Counseling refers to psychological counseling services provided by psychologists through the use of psychological knowledge and skills by the internet to people who are confused in psychological adaptation and actively seek help in a short time.Some domestic and foreign studies have confirmed the effectiveness of Light Psychological Counseling.Introducing Light Psychological Counseling into mental health course of higher vocational colleges is conducive to meeting the needs of different students for mental health services.Topics such as understanding and improving self,personality,love and sexual psychology,coping with stress and frustration are more suitable for introducing Light Psychological Counseling as experience exercises.Teachers should spend enough time on the share and comment part after students completing the exercises.Attention also should be paid to the differentiated and personalized design of related exercises,and creating and keeping the connection between mental health course and school psychological counseling.
