15份葛根种质资源在崇左地区的适应性评价

Adaptability Evaluation on Fifteen Pueraria Germplasm Resources in Chongzuo Aera

【目的】对15份葛资源(LZ01~LZ15)在崇左地区的适应性进行评价,为葛根资源的挖掘、保护和可持续利用提供参考依据。【方法】对从江西吉安、浙江衢州、安徽合肥、广西梧州、广西南宁、广西崇左等地收集的15份葛根种质在崇左地区进行试种,调查葛资源的农艺性状表现,分析不同来源葛的下部生长量和产量,总体评价葛资源在崇左地区的适应性。【结果】15份葛种质均适宜在崇左地区生长,LZ02、LZ03、LZ05、LZ07、LZ155份种质芽点生根率和压条成苗率均在95%以上,LZ01、LZ02、LZ06、LZ07、LZ11、LZ12、LZ157份种质对锈病、拟锈病及根腐病3种病害均为中抗以上,LZ02、LZ06、LZ07、LZ12、LZ155份种质对地老虎、蟋蟀及金龟子3种虫害均为抗虫以上;细长型葛薯产量366.4~522.7 kg/667m^(2),粗短型葛薯产量1248.5~2012.3 kg/667m^(2)。【结论】广西崇左的LZ02、广西南宁的LZ07和安徽合肥的LZ15在崇左地区种植表现优良,3份葛种质可在崇左地区推广种植,并可作为葛优良品种选育的基础种质加以利用。

【Objective】The adaptability of fifteen Pueraria germplasm resources(LZ01~LZ15)in Chongzuo area is evaluated,so as to provide reference for the excavation,protection and utilization of the germplasm resources.【Method】15 Pueraria germplasm collected from ji’an of Jiangxi,Quzhou of Zhejiang,Hefei of Anhui,Wuzhou of Guangxi,Nanning of Guangxi,Chongzuo of Guangxi and other areas are tentatively planted in Chongzuo area.The agronomic characteristics of Pueraria rescources is surveyed,the growth and yield and lower part of Pueraria from different origins are analyzed,and their adaptability in Chongzuo are comprehensively evaluated.【Result】All 15 germplasms are suitable for growing in Chongzuo area.The seedling rate of layers and the rooting rate of bud growth-point of LZ02,LZ03,LZ05,LZ07 and LZ15 are above 95%.The resistant level of LZ01,LZ02,LZ06,LZ07,LZ11,LZ12 and LZ15 to rust disease,imitation rust and root rot disease are above medium level.LZ02,LZ06,LZ07,LZ12 and LZ15 all have the resistant ability to cutworm,cricket and cockchafer.The yield of Pueraria with slender type is 366.4~522.7 kg/667m^(2),and that of stubby type is 1248.5~2012.3 kg/667m^(2).【Conclusion】LZ02 from Guangxi Chongzuo,LZ07 from Guangxi Nanning and LZ15 from Anhui Hefei have excellent performance during planting in Chongzuo area,which indicates that they are suitable for popularization and cultivation in Chongzuo area,and can be used as basic germplasm of excellent Pueraria variety breeding.
