2020年新冠肺炎疫情袭击了全球,极大影响了我国经济的正常运行,我国信用债市场也受之影响,3A级发行人违约事件频发,由此使得发行人不得不取消或推迟发行。受外部疫情和内部融资环境影响,各金融机构对企业授信和贷款逐笔收紧,企业发债工作受阻,集中兑付压力巨大。以某大型煤炭企业为例,研究了债务风险防范和化解的措施,确保兑付到期债务,化解债务风险。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020 has hit the world,which has greatly affected the normal operation of our economy.China's credit debt market is also affected by this.3A level issuers default incidents frequently,which makes the issuers have to cancel or postpone the issuance.Affected by the external epidemic and the internal financing environment,financial institutions have tightened credit and loans to enterprises one by one,blocked the issuance of bonds by enterprises,and put great pressure on centralized cashing.Taking a large coal enterprise as an example,this paper studies the measures to prevent and resolve debt risks,so as to ensure the payment of due debts and resolve debt risks.
