救援队构建固定资产管理体系的探索——以国家应急救援开滦队为例

Exploration on the Construction of Fixed Assets Management System by Rescue Team--Taking the Kailuan National Emergency Rescue Team as an Example

近几年,我国不断加快推进应急管理体系和能力现代化建设,应急救援队伍建设速度突飞猛进,国家级救援队成立后,各救援队逐步配备了大量的高精尖救援装备,为科学救灾提供了坚实基础,同时也给资产管理带来了很大的挑战。文章以国家矿山应急救援开滦队资产管理为例,探讨救援队资产全生命周期管理思路和资产管理发展方向,提出构建固定资产管理体系的必要性和方法,目的是提高资产管理水平,提升队伍战斗力,促使救援装备在应急救援工作中发挥最大作用。

In recent years,China has been accelerating the modernization of emergency management system and capacity,and the speed of emergency rescue team construction has made rapid progress.After the establishment of national rescue teams,they have gradually been equipped with a large number of sophisticated rescue equipment,which provides a.solid foundation for scientific disaster relief but also brings great challenges to asset management.Taking the asset management of Kailuan National mine emergency rescue team as an example,this paper discusses the whole life cycle management ideas and development direction of the asset management of the rescue team,puts forward the necessity and methods of constructing fixed assets management system,the purpose is to improve the level of asset management,enhance the combat effectiveness of the team,and make rescue equipment play a maximum role in the emergency rescue work.
