基于产教深度融合下高校网络安全人才闭环培养机制探究 被引量:1

摘要 没有网络安全就没有国家安全,网络空间的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。随着国家对于网络安全的重视,培养满足社会需要的高质量网络安全人才是高校一个重要而紧迫的任务。目前,高校网络安全人才培养存在人才培养数量不足,人才培养质量不高,特别是拥有实战能力的高质量人才较少,师资和实训环境严重缺乏等问题。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于产教深度融合下网络安全人才闭环培养机制,该机制在产教深度融合基础上,创新人才培养模式、共建课程体系标准、革新教学组织形式,形成网络安全人才培养的闭环,通过课程体系建设、实训环境建设、技能竞赛、学生考证方面证实了该机制的有效性。 Without network security,there is no national security.In the final analysis,the competition in cyberspace is the competition of talents.With the national attention to network security,it is an important and urgent task for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality network security talents to meet social needs.At present,there are some problems in the training of network security talents in colleges and universities,such as the insufficient number of talents,the low quality of talents,especially the few high-quality talents with practical ability,and the serious lack of teachers and training environment.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a closed-loop training mechanism of network security talents based on the in-depth integration of industry and education.On the basis of the in-depth integration of industry and education,this mechanism innovates the talent training mode,jointly constructs the curriculum system standard,innovates the teaching organization form,and forms a closed-loop of network security talent training.The effectiveness of this mechanism is confirmed by the construction of curriculum system,practical training environment,skill competition,students,textual examination.
