改性壳聚糖基水凝胶的制备及性能 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决目前导电水凝胶很难同时兼具黏附性和抗冻性的问题,通过席夫碱的波士顿还原合成邻苯二酚改性的壳聚糖(CCS),在甘油/水的二元溶剂中,以CCS和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为原料制备了具有黏附性和抗冻性能的离子导电水凝胶。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)表征CCS的化学结构,证实邻苯二酚基团成功地接枝到壳聚糖链上;通过拉曼光谱(Raman)表征水凝胶的结构;通过拉伸黏附测试、差示扫描量热(DSC)以及心电信号检测等对水凝胶的黏附性能、抗冻性能和传感性能进行分析。发现该水凝胶具有良好的黏附性能(40.4 kPa)和抗冻性能(-20℃放置12 h),在-20℃时仍然可以作为黏附性生物电极检测人体的心电信号。 In order to solve the current problem that it is difficult for conductive hydrogels to have both adhesion and frost resistance at the same time,catechol-modified chitosan(CCS)is synthesized through the Boston re⁃duction of Schiff base,and in a binary solvent of glycerol/water,CCS and polyacrylamide(PAM)are used as raw materials to prepare an ion-conductive hydrogel with adhesion and anti-freezing properties.The chemical structure of CCS is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic reso⁃nance carbon spectroscopy(13C NMR),which confirm that the catechol group is successfully grafted onto the chitosan chain.The structure of the hydrogel is characterized by Raman spectroscopy(Raman).The adhesion properties,antifreeze properties and sensing properties of hydrogel are analyzed by tensile adhesion test,differ⁃ential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and electrocardiosignal detection.It is found that the hydrogel has good adhe⁃sion performance(40.4 kPa)and frost resistance(-20℃for 12 h),and can still be used as an adhesive bioelec⁃trode to detect human electrocardiosignal at-20℃.
