摘要
利用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)对棉织物进行阳离子化改性,选用红、黄、蓝三种植物染料对改性棉织物进行拼混染色,以拓展植物染料染色棉织物的色域空间。结果表明:随着棉织物改性程度的增加,三种植物染料染色改性棉织物的颜色深度显著提高。当CHPTAC质量浓度为10 g/L、染料质量分数为5%(omf)时,红、黄、蓝三种植物染料染色棉织物的K/S值分别可达6.35、6.26、6.73。拼混染料的配比和CHPTAC用量的不同,染色织物的颜色空间均有所不同,有效拓展了染色棉织物的色域。
The cotton fabrics are cationically modified with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chlo⁃ride(CHPTAC),and three kinds of natural plant dyes,red,yellow and blue,are used to mix and dye the modi⁃fied cotton fabrics,so as to expand the color gamut of cotton fabrics dyed with natural vegetable dyes.The re⁃sults show that the color depth of the modified cotton fabric dyed with three kinds of natural plant dyes increas⁃es significantly with the increase of the modification degree of the cotton fabric.When the CHPTAC is 10 g/L and the dye is 5%(omf),the K/S values of cotton fabrics dyed with red,yellow and blue natural dyes can reach 6.35,6.26 and 6.73 respectively.The color gamut space of dyed fabrics varies with the ratio of mixed dyes and the amount of CHPTAC,which effectively expands the color gamut of dyed cotton fabrics.
