锦氨面料印花用高牢度酸性染料

High fastness acid dye for PA/elastane fabric printing

测试了高牢度酸性染料菲诺酸性黄P-YL、酸性红P-5BL和酸性蓝P-7BN的性能,以及在锦氨面料上的印花效果。结果表明,三只酸性染料具备优异的溶解性和溶液稳定性,印花提升性好,水洗残液清。配合酸性固色剂PA进行固色处理后,织物的耐水洗、耐酸碱汗渍、耐干湿摩擦等色牢度均在4级以上,具有较好的服用牢度。

The properties of high fastness acid dyes FILO Acid Yellow P-YL,Acid Red P-5BL and Acid Blue P-7BN,as well as their printing effects on PA/elastane fabrics are tested.The results show that the three acid dyes have excellent solubility and solution stability,good building-up property and clear washing residue.After color fixing treatment with fixing agent PA,the color fastness to washing,acid and alkali perspiration,dry and wet rubbing are all above Grade 4,which has good wearing fastness.
