摘要
以田菁胶(SG)为原料,3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠(CHPS-Na)为醚化剂,乙醇为溶剂,合成阴离子田菁胶(ASG)。通过分析影响田菁胶取代度的主要因素,得出较优的合成条件为:m(NaOH)∶m(SG)=1∶8,m(CHPS-Na)/m(SG)=0.4,碱化温度40℃,碱化时间50 min,醚化反应温度55℃,醚化时间5 h。将阴离子田菁胶用于活性印花,其印制性能和效果接近海藻酸钠。
Anionic sesbania gum(ASG)is synthesized by using sesbania gum(SG)as raw material,sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropane sulfonate(CHPS-Na)as etherifying agent,and ethanol as solvent.By analyzing the main factors affecting the substitution degree of sesbania gum,the optimal synthesis conditions are m(NaOH):m(SG)=1∶8,m(CHPS-Na)/m(SG)=0.4,the alkalization temperature is 40℃,the alkalization time is 50 min,the reaction temperature is 55℃,and the reaction time is 5 h.The anionic sesbania gum is used for reactive print⁃ing,and its printing performance is close to that of sodium alginate.
