摘要
本文着重介绍了专用镗孔机床PLC控制系统设计方案,并且叙述了PLC的控制原理、PLC的工程设计步骤。整个系统采用西门子S7-1200系列PLC,G120系列变频器作为主轴电机,S120变频伺服作为伺服运动轴。通过西门子人机界面TP1200实现数字化机床控制。利用PLC控制专用镗孔机床运行,实现了机床启动、停止、故障停止、紧急停止的功能,并且能自动控制机床的运行,从而实现了镗床运行的自动化功能。PLC控制的特点使原机床控制大大的简单化,并且维修方便,易于检查。节省大量的继电器元件,使机床的工作效率大大提高。
This paper focuses on the special boring machine PLC control system design scheme,and describes the CONTROL principle of PLC,PLC engineering design steps.The whole system adopts Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,G120 series inverter as spindle motor,S120 frequency conversion servo as motion servo shaft.Digital machine control is realized by Siemens HUMANmachine interface TP1200.PLC is used to control the operation of special boring machine,realizing the functions of starting,stopping,failure stopping and emergency stopping of machine tools,and can automatically control the operation of machine tools,so as to realize the automation function of boring machine operation.PLC control characteristics make the original machine control greatly simplified,and convenient maintenance,easy to check.Save a lot of relay components,so that the working efficiency of the machine is greatly improved.
