创新创业背景下高职人才培养对策研究——以机电装备制造技术专业群为例

Research on Countermeasure of Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

以泰州职业技术学院机电装备制造技术专业群为研究对象,重新审视专业群人才培养目标,开展创新创业背景下人才培养模式研究,旨在通过教育理念定位、课程体系、实践平台建设、教师队伍建设、文化培育等几个方面的改革实践,探讨机电装备制造技术专业群创新创业人才培养新模式。

In this paper,we take the electromechanical equipment manufacturing technology specialty group of our college as the research object,reexamine the talent training objectives of the specialty group,and carry out the research on talent training mode under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.And the purpose of this paper is to explore a new mode of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the major group of mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing technology from the aspects of education concept orientation,curriculum system,practice platform construction,teacher team construction and culture cultivation.
