摘要
职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,担负着为社会主义现代化建设培养高技能人才的重任。分析职业院校学生现状和班主任教育管理中存在的问题,探讨班主任角色定位和班级管理的新路径。
As an important part of vocational education,vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high skilled talents for socialist modernization.This paper analyzes the current situation of students in Vocational Colleges and the problems existing in the education and management of class teachers,and probes into the role orientation of class teachers and the new path of class management.
