摘要
中国文化典籍是华夏文明的精髓,典籍英译是弘扬中华民族文化,对外宣传国家形象,让国际社会了解中国文化的重要途径。译者兼具原文读者和译文作者的双重身份。接受美学视域下的典籍翻译中,译者需要从译者主体地位、译文读者的期待视野以及读者与作品间的接收距离三个方面解决典籍翻译中的问题。翻译不仅是原文意义的再现,更注重对译文读者在阅读过程中,审美经验和期待视野的塑造,从而最终建立新的审美标准。
Chinese cultural classics are the essence of Chinese civilization,and the English translation of classics is an important way to carry forward the Chinese national culture,publicize the national image to the outside world,and let the international community understand Chinese culture.The translator is both the reader of the original text and the author of the translation.In the translation of classics from the perspective of aesthetics,the translator needs to solve the problems in the translation of classics from three aspects:the main position of the translator,the expected vision of the translated readers,and the distance between the readers and the works.Translation is not only a reproduction of the meaning of the original text,but also pays more attention to the shaping of the aesthetic experience and expectation vision of the translated reader in the reading process,so as to finally establish a new aesthetic standard.
