结节硬化症患者应用腹部超声检查对于诊断准确率的影响及影像学特征研究

Effects of abdominal ultrasonography on diagnostic accuracy and imaging characteristics of tuberous sclerosis patients in clinical diagnosis

目的研究在结节硬化症患者的临床诊断中应用腹部超声检查对于诊断准确率的影响及其影像学特征。方法选取2018年3月—2021年3月郑州大学第一附属医院诊断的结节硬化症患者39例,对所有患者开展腹部超声检查,总结分析其疾病诊断准确率与影像学特征。结果39例患者,经腹部超声检出肾脏病变20例,诊断准确率90.09%,其中13例累及双肾,7例累及单肾;15例肾脏错构瘤,诊断准确率93.75%。其10例为多发,5例单发;12例肾囊肿,诊断准确率92.85%,其中8例合并肾脏错构瘤;5例肾脏多发钙化灶,诊断准确率100.00%,其中1例并发肾囊肿,1例并肾脏错构瘤;16例检出肝脏病变,诊断准确率达到94.11%,其中12例并发肾脏病变,10例肝脏多发结节,6例单发结节。结论腹部超声用于结节性硬化症诊断准确率较高,可以为结节性硬化症肝肾病变鉴别提供可靠影像学依据,值得推广。

Objective To study the influence of abdominal ultrasonography on diagnostic accuracy and imaging characteristics in the clinical diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis.Methods A total of 39 patients with tuberous sclerosis diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected.Abdominal ultrasonography was performed on all patients,and the diagnostic accuracy and imaging characteristics were summarized and analyzed.Results Among 39 patients,20 cases of renal disease were detected by abdominal ultrasonography,the diagnostic accuracy was 90.09%,including 13 cases involving both kidneys and 7 cases involving single kidney.Fifteen cases of renal hamartoma were diagnosed with 93.75%accuracy.10 cases were multiple and 5 cases were single.The diagnosis accuracy was 92.85%in 12 cases with renal cysts,including 8 cases with renal hamartoma.There were 5 cases of multiple renal calcification foci,and the diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%,including 1 case with renal cyst and 1 case with renal hamartoma.Hepatic lesions were detected in 16 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy was 94.11%.Among them,12 cases were complicated with renal disease,10 cases had multiple hepatic nodules,and 6 cases had single nodules.Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis,which can provide a reliable imaging basis for the differentiation of liver and kidney lesions in tuberous sclerosis,and is worth promoting.
