摘要
目的调查了解天津市临床输血医务工作者职业认同感与工作满意度状况,并对其影响因素进行分析研究。方法以天津市各医疗机构输血科(或血库)相关医务工作者为研究对象,采用线上问卷调查方式,对天津市临床输血医务工作者职业认同感与工作满意度状况进行调查分析。结果天津地区输血医务工作者职业认同感平均得分为(3.96±0.46)分,工作满意度得分为(3.11±0.86)分;应用Pearson分析法进行相关性分析,结果显示职业认同感各维度与工作满意度各维度呈显著正相关(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示,收入水平是输血工作者职业认同感的显著影响因素(P<0.05),低收入水平会降低输血工作者职业认同感,年龄是输血工作者工作满意度的显著影响因素(P<0.05),随着年龄增长会降低输血工作者的工作满意度。结论天津市临床输血医务工作者职业认同感与工作满意度水平总体较高,收入水平和年龄分别是影响其职业认同感与工作满意度的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the status of professional identity and job satisfaction of blood transfusion physicians in clinical in Tianjin,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods The status of professional identity and job satisfaction of physicians in Blood Transfusion Department or Blood Bank of hospitals in Tianjin was investigated and analyzed by online questionnaire survey.Results The average score of professional identity and job satisfaction was(3.96±0.46)and(3.11±0.86),respectively.Pearson analysis was used for correlation analysis,and the results showed that the dimensions of professional identity and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that income level was a significant factor influencing the professional identity of blood transfusion physicians(P<0.05),as low income level decreased the professional identity of them.Age also was a significant factor influencing the job satisfaction of blood transfusion workers(P<0.05),as the increase of age would reduce the job satisfaction of them.Conclusion The level of professional identity and job satisfaction of blood transfusion physicians in Tianjin is generally high,and income level and age are the risk factors affecting their professional identity and job satisfaction.
