提质增效及海绵城市的双理念住宅小区系统化改造策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 小区是污水产生源头,其作为污水提质增效关键一环的同时,也是海绵城市建设的重要载体.目前,各城市开展污水提质增效工作中重视市政排水系统完善,但针对小区排水系统存在的错接混接、管网缺陷等重视不足,导致源头地块污水浓度较低、内部积水等问题.通过结合提质增效及海绵城市的双理念,系统梳理小区系统化改造实施策略,将海绵理念融入排水系统化改造中,提出了系统化改造思路,将小区建筑立管和埋地管网改造都分为4类.同时以华东地区某一小区为具体研究案例,以期为双理念下的小区系统化改造提供指导与参考,改造工程完成后,实现源头排水清污分离,解决内部积水问题,提高雨水利用量,改善居住环境. Community is the source of sewage.As a key part of sewage quality and efficiency improvement,it is also an important carrier of sponge city construction.At present,the great importance is attached to the improvement of municipal drainage systems of cities in the work of improving sewage quality and efficiency.But the attention is insufficiently paid to the misconnection,mixed connection and pipe network defects in the drainage systems of community,which leads to problems such as lower sewage concentration and internal water accumulation in the source area.By combining the dual concepts of improving quality and efficiency and sponge city,the implementation strategies of the systematic reconstruction of community are systematically sorts out.The idea of sponge city is integrated into the systematic reconstruction of drainage.The idea of systematic reconstruction is put forward.The reconstruction of building vertical pipe and buried pipe network in the community is divided into four categories.Taking a community in East China as a specific research case,it is expected to provide guidance and reference for the systematic reconstruction of the community under the dual concept.After the completion of the reconstruction project,it will realize the separation of source drainage and sewage,solve the problem of internal water accumulation,increase the utilization of rainwater,and improve the living environment.
