摘要 基于缩短工期、便于施工、降低交通影响、保护环境等目的,越来越多的城市高速公路或市政高架桥梁工程采用分节段安装大尺寸、大质量预制盖梁.当采用钢扁担联合螺纹钢筋固定工艺安装"浦星公路跨芦恒路节点改造新建工程"580 t盖梁P1时,不仅各项安全指标验算结果表明该工艺可靠,而且实施效果较佳,较计划工期提前.该工艺可行性较强,既是对目前湿接法工艺的补充和完善,也为同行业者提供一定的参考与借鉴. In order to shorten the construction period, facilitate the construction, reduce the traffic impact,protect the environment, and so on, the installation of large-size and large-mass prefabricated bent caps in segments are adopted in more and more urban expressway and municipal elevated bridge projects.Taking the 580-t bent cap P1 in Puxing Highway Crossing Luheng Road Node Reconstruction Project installed by the steel shoulder pole combined with thread reinforcement fixing technology as an example,the checking calculation results of various safety indexes shows that not only this technology is reliable,but also its implementation is good and is ahead of schedule. The technology has the strong feasibility,which is not only a supplement and improvement to the current wet joining process, but also a reference for the counterparts in this field.
