高速公路入城段改扩建工程保通方案研究

Study on Traffic Organization Scheme of Expressway Into-city Section Reconstruction and Extension Project

近年来,城市空间日益扩张,高速公路逐渐被城市路网包围,导致高速公路穿城而过,城市路网被割裂,高速公路入城段改扩建需求越来越多.高速公路入城段两侧用地条件较为苛刻,使得保通方案的优劣成为改扩建工程能否顺利实施的关键.今以上海市S4公路入城段改扩建工程保通方案的研究为例,提出方案制定原则、工程技术标准及交通组织方案并进行交通预评价,供参考借鉴.

In recent years,the urban space has been expanding,and the expressways are gradually surrounded by the urban road network,which lead to the expressways cut through a city,and the urban road network fragmented.The demands for the reconstruction and expansion of the expressway into-city section are increasing.The rigor land conditions on the both sides of the expressway into-city section will make the advantages and disadvantages of traffic organization scheme become the keys whether or not to implement the reconstruction and extension project smoothly.Taking the traffic organization scheme of S4 Highway Into-city Section Reconstruction and Extension Project as an example,the scheme is put forward,and the principle,engineering technical standards and traffic organization scheme are made and the traffic pre-evaluation is carried out for reference.
