摘要
随着当前经济、社会日益发展,人们对大学校园的安全性、舒适性、智慧性提出了越来越高的要求,新型的人文校园、智慧校园已经成了校园建设的风向标,而市政设计作为校园设计的重要组成部分,如何将其功能性、创新性和智慧性与校园自身特点结合成为设计中至关重要的一环.山东农业工程学院市政设计深入分析此类大学校园实际运行特点,科学优化道路交通体系、给排水分区和各专业管线布控方式,整个设计过程全专业实现BIM正向协同设计,一张图实现BIM施工交底,实现了市政配套工程安全、低碳、智慧运营,为同类型的大学校园设计提供了指引.
With the current development of economy and society,the people put forward more and more requirements for the safety,comfort and intelligence of university campus.The new humanity campus and the smart campus have become the wind vane of campus construction.And as the important component of campus design,how to combine the functionality,innovation and intelligence of municipal design with the characteristics of campus becomes a crucial link in the design.Taking the municipal design of Shandong Agricultural Engineering Institute as an example,the practical operation characteristics of university campus are further analyzed.The layout methods of road traffic system,water supply and drainage separation,and various major pipelines are scientifically optimized.The whole design process realizes BIM forward collaborative design professionally.One drawing realizes BIM construction disclosure.The safe,low-carbon and smart operation of municipal auxiliary engineering is realized.The guidance is provided for the design of the similar university campus.
