Cost industry is at a turning point of the great reforming,which needs trying to recognize,make and adapt the changes,also to adapt the new situation and explore a new way out.The situations and the existing problems in the cost industry of China are analyzed.Referring the international normative cost model,the model of engineering cost valuation based on market pricing is put forward,the cost management industry chain is extended,and the exploration ideas of full life cycle management,full risk and full team are proposed.
