摘要
对国内外运载火箭推进剂串行/并行加注的现状进行调研,分析了液体运载火箭液氧煤油模块推进剂并行加注的适应性。针对并行加注状态推进剂偏加,开展了载荷适应性分析,获得了运载火箭箭体结构对故障工况的适应性。基于某型运载火箭,提出了采用液氧煤油部分并行加注方案,此方案具备将射前流程由12 h压缩至8 h的可行性。
This paper reviews the fuel loading technology of Oxygen/RP-1 propellant of liquid rocket.The adaptability of Oxygen/RP-1 propellant s parallel loading technology is analysed,and the loading strength of the propellant loading deviation is studied.A parallel loading process for the preparatory procedure of lauch vehicles is proposed,which will reduce the procedure time from 12 hours to 8 hours.
