火针联合果酸治疗痤疮60例的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Acne Treated by Fire Needle Combined with Fruit Acid

目的:观察研究火针与果酸联合治疗对痤疮患者临床疗效的影响。方法:研究病例均为本院2020年1月至2021年12月期间皮肤科收治的痤疮患者共60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组30例与常规组30例,常规组给予果酸治疗,观察组在常规组果酸治疗基础上施以火针治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率(90.00%)优于常规组(66.67%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组皮损严重程度、皮肤生理指标、皮脂分泌率及睾酮水平比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组皮损严重程度低于治疗前及治疗后常规组,观察组经皮失水率、红斑指数较常规组降低,角质层含水量较常规组上升(P<0.05),但两组黑色素指数比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组皮脂分泌率及睾酮水平均低于治疗前及治疗后常规组(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合果酸有利于提高痤疮患者临床治疗效果,减轻皮损严重程度,改善患者皮肤状态,有效控制皮脂分泌及睾酮水平,值得临床广泛推广并应用。

Objective:To observe and study the effect of combined treatment of fire needle and fruit acid on the clinical efficacy of acne patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acne admitted to the department of dermatology in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the conventional group(n=30).The conventional group was treated with acid,and the observation group was treated with fire needle on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(90.00%)was better than that in the conventional group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The severity of skin lesions in the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and after treatment in the conventional group.The percutaneous dehydration rate and erythema index in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the water content in the stratum corneum was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The sebum secretion rate and testosterone level in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with fruit acid is conducive to improving the clinical therapeutic effect of acne patients,reducing the severity of skin lesions,improving the skin condition of patients,and effectively controlling the secretion of sebum and testosterone levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
