高仿真情景模拟教学在支气管哮喘急性加重期中的实施 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过在住院医师规范化培训中实施《支气管哮喘急性加重期评估及治疗》高仿真情景模拟教学,探讨情景模拟教学与传统教学比较的优势及优化方案,及在住院医师规范化培训中的意义。方法:以2018年7月至2019年6月年在上海市第六人民医院呼吸科进行住院医师规范化培训的4组学员(n=40)为研究对象,将其随机分为模拟教学组和传统教学组,各组20例。教学结束后,对两组学员进行专科理论知识考核并采用问卷方式对其带教满意度等进行心理测试。结果:模拟教学组学员的专业成绩明显高于传统教学组学员,模拟教学组学员对带教的满意度明显优于传统教学组学员(P<0.05)。结论:医学情景模拟教学方法可以提高学员的专业理论成绩和教学满意度,改善医患沟通,值得进一步探索和推广。 Objective:To explore the advantages and optimization scheme of scenario simulation teaching compared with traditional teaching,and its significance in standardized training for resident physicians through implementing highly simulated scenario simulation teaching of assessment and Treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in standardized training for resident physicians.Methods:Four batches of students(n=40)who received standardized resident training in respiratory Department of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into simulated teaching group and traditional teaching group.At the end of the teaching,the two groups of students were assessed for specialized theoretical knowledge and psychological tests were conducted on their satisfaction with teaching by questionnaire.Results:The professional achievement of the students in the simulated teaching group was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group,and the satisfaction of the students in the simulated teaching group was significantly better than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of medical scenario simulation can improve students'professional theoretical achievement and teaching satisfaction,and improve doctor-patient communication,which is worthy of further exploration and promotion.
