摘要 行星齿轮机构行星轮裂纹故障存在难以诊断的问题,为了对行星齿轮机构行星轮裂纹故障进行更好的诊断,以某型汽车行星齿轮机构为例,基于该机构刚柔耦合动力学模型,对其行星轮裂纹故障信号频谱图特点进行了研究。首先,采用SolidWorks软件,建立了行星齿轮机构行星轮裂纹故障三维模型,利用ANSYS APDL软件将模型中需要布置传感器的部位设置为柔性体;然后,在ADAMS软件中建立了行星齿轮机构刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型;之后,采用ANSYS Workbench软件,对齿轮裂纹故障进行了啮合静力学分析,建立了行星轮的裂纹故障模型;最后,通过对齿轮机构进行刚柔耦合动力学仿真分析,得出了该行星齿轮机构行星轮裂纹故障模型的信号特征。研究结果表明:在行星轮裂纹故障频谱图中,信号的峰值均与啮合频率或其倍频相对应,而啮合频率处的局部峰值均与行星轮故障频率有关。 The crack fault of planetary gear mechanism was difficult to diagnose.In order to better diagnose the crack fault of planetary gear mechanism,taking a certain type of automobile planetary gear mechanism as an example,based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the mechanism,the characteristics of the spectrogram of the planetary gear crack fault signal were studied.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of planetary gear crack fault of planetary gear mechanism was established by using SolidWorks software,the ANSYS APDL software was used to set the part where the sensor needed to be arranged as a flexible body.Secondly,based on the ADAMS software,the rigid-flexible coupled dynamic simulation model was carried out.Then,through the meshing static analysis of gear crack fault in ANSYS Workbench software,the planetary gear crack fault model was established.Finally,the signal characteristics of the planetary wheel crack failure model of the planetary gear mechanism were analyzed and obtained through the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation.The research results show that,in the planetary gear crack fault spectrum,the peak values of the signal are all corresponding to the meshing frequency or its multiplier,and the local peak values at the meshing frequency are all related to the planetary gear fault frequency.
