湘西特色农产品保鲜贮藏现状与发展对策

The Present Situation and Development Countermeasure of Fresh-Keeping Storage of Characteristic Agricultural Products in Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province

湘西州盛产诸如茶叶、柑橘、猕猴桃等具有地方特色的富硒、优质农产品。为更好保持农产品品质,延长其货架期,争取更好的收益,针对湘西州农产品保鲜贮藏技术欠缺、农户保鲜贮藏意识薄弱、新型保鲜产业发展投入不足等问题,提出了用好国家支持政策、探索新型发展模式、加强保鲜贮藏专业人才培养、实施特色农产品分级保鲜贮藏等发展对策。

Xiangxi prefecture abounds with selenium-rich and high-quality agricultural products with local charateristics,such as tea,citrus and kiwifruit.However,there are some problems in Xiangxi prefecture,such as lack of fresh-keeping storage technology of agricultural products,weak consciousness of fresh-keeping storage from farmers,and insufficient investment in the development of the new fresh-keeping industry.In order to better maintain the quality of agricultural products,prolong their shelf life,and get better gains,some development countermeasures are put forward,such as making good use of national support policy,exploring the new development mode,strengthening the cultivation of professional talents in fresh-keeping storage,and implementing the classified fresh-keeping storage of characteristic agricultural products.
