丹参多酚酸盐联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果及对NIHSS评分的影响

Clinical effect of salvianolate combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage and its influence on NIHSS score

目的研究丹参多酚酸盐联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果及对美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将100例脑梗死恢复期患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用长春西汀进行治疗,观察组采用丹参多酚酸盐联合长春西汀进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,观察组的各项症状积分及总分、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率、NIHSS和改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死恢复期的有效性及安全性较高,对血液流变学、神经功能及预后的改善具有积极作用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of salvianolate combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage and its influence on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Methods One hundred patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinpocetine,and the observation group was treated with salvianolate combined with vinpocetine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the symptom scores and total score,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit,platelet adhesion rate,NIHSS and modified Rankin scale(mRs)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate combined with vinpocetine is effective and safe in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage,it has positive effects on the improvement of hemorheology,neurological function and prognosis.
